  • 3. Access and use of the Site

    • 5.1 We will provide access for you to obtain a refund for any crediton your event wristband or card. Please note the deadline for submittingrefunds will be as indicated on the Site.
    • 5.2 When you submit any refund application to us, you will bedirected to a payment service provider where you will be required toprovide personal information about yourself including your paymentinformation to process your refund. Please read the payment serviceprovider’s terms and conditions and any privacy policy carefullybefore using their website and read any instructions before you claimyour refund. The payment service provider is responsible for any refundsmade to you and not us, please contact the event organiser directly ifyou need to speak to someone about any refund:BBF
    • 5.3 You will receive confirmation (if any) from the payment serviceprovider regarding any successful refund, and not from us. We shall notbe responsible for the actions or omissions of any payment serviceprovider.

  • 6. Intellectual property rights

    • 6.1 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual propertyrights in the Site. You may download extracts, of any page(s) from theSite, provided that:
      1. the material shall not be reproduced or included in any otherwork or publication in any medium
      2. the material may not be modified or altered in any way
      3. you may only use the material for personal, non-commercialpurposes
      4. the material may not be distributed or sold to any third party;and
      5. you do not remove any copyright or other proprietary noticescontained in the material.
    • 6.2. If you copy or use any part of the Site made available throughit in breach of the Terms, your right to use the Site will ceaseimmediately and you must destroy any copies of the materials you havemade.

  • 11. Limitation of our liability

    • 11.1 You acknowledge that the Site has not been developed to meetyour individual requirements. You agree not to use the Site for resalepurposes.
    • 11.2 We only supply the Services for domestic and private use. Youagree not to use the Services for any commercial, business or re-salepurpose, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss ofbusiness, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
    • 11.3 If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible forloss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach ofthe Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss ordamage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is anobvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and usat the time we entered into this contract.
    • 11.4 Unless prohibited by law, our maximum aggregate liability underor in connection with these Terms whether in contract, tort (includingnegligence) or otherwise, shall in all circumstances be limited to45000€.
